Ordering Your Custom Bat
♦ Unfortunately, orders for custom bats can’t be canceled once they are placed. You can refer to our “Terms & Conditions” for all the details.
♦ No promises but, we want you to get the bat you want. If you want to change the wood type, size or model, probably not. But, if you want to change cupping, paint color, logo color, or engraving options (which happens later in the production process), MAYBE! Send a message on the “Contact Us” page and, if at all possible, we will change it. But, if it is too late in the production process, then you will get the bat options based on the options you selected at purchase.
♦ Yes. We would be happy to talk to you about a discount for orders of at least ten (10) bats shipped to a single address. Go to the “Contact Us” page and send a message including your phone number.
♦ Of course! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet we will combine your orders so you don’t pay double-shipping. Send an email from the “Contact Us” page and make sure to include your first order number. We’ll send you back a code to use for either no shipping charges for your new order or, only the amount due for the increased weight when combined with your other order.
♦ Yes. We have profiles for several other bat models we can make. We decided to list only the most popular models to keep the selection from becoming overwhelming. Send an email from the “Contact Us” page and let us know what model you are looking for. We’ll let you know if we have that profile (chances are good we do).
